At Sweet Little Darlings, we want you to love your order.

We accept returns or exchanges within 48 hours of delivery, provided the item is unused, unworn, and in its original packaging.

Custom or personalized gift boxes are non-refundable, unless there is a defect or an issue with the order.

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos, and we will be happy to assist you.

Refunds (if approved) will be processed through the original payment method or store credit, depending on the case.
